Course overview
This Module meets the requirements of Health Education England’s qualification in specialism for Adult Critical Care Nursing programmes. It is for registered healthcare practitioners working in Intensive Care settings providing direct care for Level 3 patients. Students for the module will usually have at least 6 months experience, must have the support of their clinical manager and a practice assessor
This module will build on your existing knowledge, skills, and experience gained at Step 2 to develop practice underpinned by sound theoretical knowledge and contemporary evidence
Upon successful completion of this module, credit gained could be utilised as part of the BSc Professional Practice programme.
