Course overview

This module is suitable for all qualified health practitioners and primary care staff who have a role in the delivery of low-level CBT interventions.

The module will help you to develop an understanding of the key concepts and theoretical cornerstones underpinning cognitive behavioural work with anxiety and depression.

The knowledge and skills developed through the module will provide the primary frameworks for understanding CBT-oriented assessments, formulations and treatment strategies.
